Using Sama

Sama helps couples discover wedding vendors and helps vendors manage profiles, leads, messages, and community activity. Users agree to provide accurate information and use the platform in a lawful, respectful way.

Vendor listings

Vendor profiles may be reviewed, approved, rejected, paused, archived, or removed by Sama. Vendors are responsible for keeping business information, pricing, availability, photos, and profile claims accurate.

Client inquiries

Couples are responsible for the information they submit in inquiries, reviews, and planning forms. Sama does not guarantee that any vendor will respond, be available, or enter into a contract.

Bookings and contracts

Sama is not a party to vendor-client contracts unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement. Vendor availability, pricing, retainers, cancellations, deliverables, and disputes are handled between the vendor and client.

Content ownership

Users keep ownership of their submitted content. By uploading content to Sama, users give the platform permission to host, display, process, and share that content as needed to operate the service, including public vendor profiles and approved reviews.

Community conduct

Harassment, spam, impersonation, abusive reviews, misleading business claims, stolen media, and attempts to bypass platform safety controls are not allowed. Sama may moderate or remove content that harms users or the marketplace.

Availability and changes

Sama may change features, pause access, fix errors, or update these terms as the product evolves. We aim to preserve user data and communicate material changes clearly, but no service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted.
